- A comprehensive examination locate the cause of the problem.
- Referral for diagnostic imaging, if appropriate.
- A complete review of findings with recommendations for care.
- Referral to another professional if yours is not a case that we can treat.
Financial Policy:
- Treatment options are NOT designed based on insurance coverage but rather on what you need to correct the problem.
- Our office will be happy to verify your insurance for you and call for pre-certifications.
- We accept cash, checks, VISA, and Mastercard for your convenience.
Office policies:
- We respect everyone's time and work hard to stay on time so we ask that you arrive a couple minutes early for your appointment.
- We are a cell phone free environment. Please turn them off.
- We ask that you call prior to your appointment to cancel an appointment. 24 hours is appreciated.
